Phelan's Pub Packed after Pet Parade

Phelan's Pub had every table packed with dog lovers after the pet parade. While their owners munched on pizza and burgers, these perfectly well - behaved dogs relaxed and snoozed.Huge crowds descended on Soulard, and Elvis was even spotted outside with his pooch Pricilla.
